Rules for Circular Tic Tac Toe

Circular tic tac toe is played on a circular board that has been divided in a natural way into 32 squares. Players alertnate turns in which they may place a piece at any unoccupied square.

The objective is to get four pieces of your color into a row around the circle, in a row out from the center of the circle, or in a spiral. The four ways to win are depicted in the image at the left.

The players are Green and Red (or alternaitvely X and O).

Green (or X) always plays first.

Since the first player always has an advantage in games such as this, a fiar match should consist of two games in which each player goes first exactly once.
